Fall Quick Launch bar you like and you do not see it coming or have accidentally removed it can get it back. For it on the taskbar, right click on any blank space and click New Toolbar from the Toolbars. Ayplt that opens, type in:
% userprofile% \ AppData \ Roaming \ Microsoft \ Internet Explorer \ Quick Launch
And 'click' to select the folder. Quick Launch bar will revert.
