Change the shutdown button

The Start menu shutdown button to shut the computer usually we use . Sometimes it happens that the system rather than completely shutting off , etc. have to lock or restarted . I often accidentally click on the shutdown also has to be embarrassed by .So why do not you restarted it shutdown or log -off to be replaced ?
